Precautions for product use

1. In order to ensure the safety of users, please do not open the oil top cap by yourself. Repairs should be carried out by professionals.
2. When in use, click the motor switch five to ten times to remove the air in the tubing. In winter, let the motor run idling for five to ten minutes to make the oil thin.
3. The hydraulic oil used by this machine is 32# in summer and 46# in winter, with a viscosity of 60 centimetres at 50℃. (The better the quality of hydraulic oil, the more durable the hydraulic cylinder)
4. Ensure that the hydraulic oil is clean and there is no debris in the oil tank.
5. Place the machine on a flat position and away from the fire.
6. After the machine is leveled, connect the short oil pipe of the oil tank to the iron pipe under the press frame, connect the oil return pipe to the oil return screw of the oil tank, and put the safety valve oil pipe into the oil tank.
7. When the oil pipe leaks, please do not remove the blockage by hand. The power should be cut off in time before replacing the oil pipe.
8. Under normal working strength, the hydraulic oil of the oil press should be replaced once a year.

Troubleshooting

1. There is no pressure in the oil press, you can check whether the motor is forwarding, whether the oil pump sealing ring is damaged, and whether the oil pump suction pipe is blocked.
2. The pressure of the oil press is unstable. Check whether there are impurities in the fuel tank, whether the one-way check valve is not tightly sealed, and whether there is air in the tubing. (Detection method: when the pressure rises to 20Mpa, quickly unload the iron pipe connected to the pressure holding valve to see if the one-way check valve returns oil. If the oil does not return, it may be that the light seal ring is damaged or the reversing valve is aging. Parts need to be replaced. If there is air in the tubing, remove the tubing to remove the air).
