Description
This hot oil pot is a double-layer pressureless pot.
When adding heat transfer oil, it is recommended to use 350# high-quality heat transfer oil, adding oil to a level 10cm above the bottom of the heat transfer oil gauge. Baking the heat transfer oil in the pot takes approximately 12 hours. Slight noise during oil baking is considered normal. If the sound is too loud or abnormal, please contact the manufacturer. The specific baking method is: bake at 100°C for 3 hours, bake at 150°C for 3 hours, bake at 200°C for 3 hours, and bake at 250°C for 3 hours, for a total of 12 hours of baking, then it can be used. When baking oil, add an overflow pipe to the vent (the overflow pipe can be fixed with a high-temperature rubber pipe) and lead it to the oil tank to prevent the oil from overflowing from the pot after heating and causing accidents. During use, the oil temperature can rise to 250°C in a short period of time. For easy transportation, the oil temperature gauge is usually installed after the cooking appliance is installed. When installing, the gauge head must not be fixed. It should rotate with the screw, and the dial can face outwards after the screw is tightened. After about 20 days of normal use, check the oil level loss. If there is any loss, add or replace the heat transfer oil.
