Description
Model 325 standard extended single barrel hydraulic oil press, with a cylinder stroke of 850mm that can press to the bottom, specifically designed for pressing sesame, offering an ultra-high cost-performance oil press.
The temperature requirement for sesame pressing is very high. To prevent temperature loss and reduce the oil yield of sesame, it means that the pressing must be completed in the shortest time possible. Additionally, the pressing force on the sesame cake must be large enough. The 325 model cylinder, paired with a feed barrel with an inner diameter of 300mm, achieves an average pressing force of 47Mpa, allowing for a clean pressing of sesame in one go.
The feed barrel paired with this model has an inner diameter of 300mm and a height of 800mm, capable of holding 65 jin of sesame at once. If pre-pressed to free up space, it can press up to 100 jin of sesame at a time, which is larger than the single pressing capacity of Korean hydraulic oil presses (sesame oil machines) and offers better cost performance.
Due to the large average pressing force of this model's hydraulic oil press, it can also cleanly press shelled walnuts (excluding iron walnuts) in about half an hour.
Other conventional materials such as tea seeds, rapeseeds, peanuts, soybeans, lacquer oil, and sesame can also be pressed, with a lower residual oil rate.
